White Bread or Buns

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 cup rice flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup potato starch
3 tsp xanthan gum
4 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cider vinegar

Directions:

Follow the instructions that come with your personal bread maker. Such as, placing all liquid ingredients into the pan before the dry ingredients.
If your bread maker has a "short cycle" option, select that option. Scrape sides down with rubber spatala as you see fit. Remove the bread from the unit as soon as it's done and make sure to let the bread cool before slicing.

For Buns:

The batter is a thick batter like a pancake batter, use a 4 oz icecream scoop to make perfect round drops. Lets rise 30 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes at 350°F in your oven on a well greased cookie sheet.
