Carrot Salad
Ingredients:
3-4 cups freshly grated carrots
1/2-1 cup raisins
DRESSING
2Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp orange juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add the dressing toss to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour then serve.
